So I've been dreaming of this pregnancy!

I plan on:
co-sleeping (well, continuing)
Breastfeeding
CD'ing
No vax'ing
baby wearing
a *real* birth center (it's a cozy little 2bd house). Not a hospital birth center.
M/W
Waterbirth

Can't WAIT!

We are planning on:
cd'ing from birth (DS started at 5 months)
co-sleeping (in a co-sleeper though)
baby wearing again
no-vaxing (I stopped with DS at one year when I read up more)
BF'ing again

Natural Hospital birth (the hospital here is awesome and very hands off, and I have an awesome labor team...mom, sis, best friend (and DH:giggle: ) and my Dr is my cousin and is a super minimalist and very supportive)
Today is the open house for the new hospital and I am excited to see if they have incorporates birthing tubs :) Although I LOVE the birthing ball.

That's great you have that available!
We have 3 hospitals, and all of them are very hands-on and "your not going fast enough, time for a c/s" attitude, so I'm using the birthing center!

I'm SO excited. I went there for some bf'ing support with #2 and the place is amazing, the m/w's are amazing, it's so calming and nice! I seriously can't wait!

I have to wait to get pregnancy medical though. My insurance is sssuuuppeerr crappy and will cost and arm and a leg to give birth. I might has well have a homebirth. But hopefully will qualify for pregnancy medical!
Otherwise, it's a hospital for me!

Wow that is insane! I have never heard of anything even close to that...I would def choose a hospital birth too:thumbsup:

Let's see, we plan to...
-CD from the beginning
-if we have a boy we won't circumcise
-EBF (and hopefully I'll tandem nurse if I can keep my supply up though out the pregnancy...I really really don't want to have to wean V anytime soon )
-p/t co-sleep the same way we did with V
-babywear (I'm sure I'll be doing tons of that since I'll be chasing an 18 month old all over creation!)

I think midwife assisted home birth would be amazing, but midwifery isn't legal in Missouri. Also, we count on insurance to take care of the $ and wouldn't be able to pay for a midwife on our own.
I really don't have a 'birth plan' yet...I still need to find a new OB. I had to have a c/s last time and hope to avoid it this time around, but if it ends up that I need another c/s I'll live. As long as she gets here safely I'm not super hung-up on the method of arrival!

Since this is my first I still need to do my research on many things. But I do know that I want to try:
Cloth Diapers
Breast feeding

Co-sleeping is out of the question, as DH is a very light sleeper and would veto baby sleeping with us.

Here are the ones I've definately made my mind up on:

Home Birth
No Circ (http://the.honoluluadvertiser.com/article/2008/Jun/26/il/hawaii806260303.html)
No VAX
Breastfeed
Babywear

Baby will sleep in my room. Haven't decided if I want to get a co-sleeper or have the lo in the king size bed with us.

Nothing is going to be too different than all of our other births.

*natural
*no vaxing or tests in the hospital.
*co-sleeping
*cloth diapering
*BFing
*baby wearing
*possibly a birth center birth this time. The rest have been hospital natural deliveries and I'd love to not have all of the fuss of fighting for our child's and my rights.

All of our other labors have been amazing though so if it turns out I'm not comfortable with the Birthing Center then hospital will be fine.
