For the past 2 nights I have been feeling really nauseus :( no vomitting or anything but just a general uncomfortable stomach feeling. Is this normal in the third tri? I didn't have ANY in the first tri so maybe I'm gonna get it all now? :(

I don't know about normal, but I've been having the same problem. I've woken up around 2am with a weird naseaus (sp?) feeling. It's always gone by the time I get up in the morning but I've never had it before.

I am still taking reglan for the nausea because there a lot of times thru the day that I am feeling awful!!!! I have heard that it is normal, not that it happens all the time but there are some women that have ms all thru the pregnancy.

i used to get all day sickness...some in the morning, some in afternoon, and some at night. my hubby would cook dinner because i couldn't stand the smell of cooking food and then i would have to wait until it was cold to eat it. but just so you know yes it is norm. i usu. get MS 2-4 mo. and then 7-end. i usu. sucked on lemon balls or some preggo suckers from www.threelollies.com

I had horrible, all-day nausea until about the 5th month, then it went away. I'm now 27 weeks and I've recently had a few brief episodes of nausea- especially after I eat too much or too fast. I REALLY can't eat anywhere near the volume I used to eat at one sitting, or else I get terribly uncomfortable!

My dry heaving has come back a bit but nothing more than that...thank God. I was so sick the first tri I just don't even want to think about it.

I think mine is more a case of the heartburn making me feel ill. I agree with pp that small meals are the only way for me to go now, just don't have room for any more!

Heartburn can definitely cause nausea. Or you may just be lucky and having late morning sickness. However, nausea can also be a sign of gestational diabetes so if you have not been tested yet it is a good idea to talk to your provider.
