anyone else been bit by the nesting bug?

I hate.. DESPISE.. hate cleaning. With a passion. :yuck: :giggle:

But I can't stop!!!!

I cleaned for three hours earlier today, and Im still not satisfied! I'm trying to track anyone down who's awake to keep me company while I go to walmart to get more cleaning supplies!:blush:

Im 36wks 1day.. neither of my older boys went past 37 1/2 weeks.. hoping this little guy continues the trend.. LOL ... I'm so ready to be done!

For my own sanity.. so I can stop being such a clean freak! :giggle2:

YES!!! I have done so much cleaning so far and I keep seeing more and more things around the house that are driving me crazy! I have to limit myself to one project at a time, because I will be tramping from room to room otherwise doing 46 different cleaning projects at once.
An example of my day: I'll be folding the laundry in the living room
- I see the windows need cleaning, so I'll go get the cleaner from the kitchen
- I notice the dishes are sort of piled in the sink and load the dishwasher
- "ew, look at the cabinets, they are disgusting!" so I clean those
- remember the laundry, go back to it and on the way see how the floor really could use a vacuuming so I do that after I am done folding
- might as well vacuum the baseboards, windowsills, behind the beds, beneath the dog crate, etc. while I'm at it
...... And it goes on and on.
It never ends.

I just scrubbed half my kitchen floor on my hands & knees.. waiting for it to dry so I can do the other half! lol :giggle2:

And yes- I know all about the so many projects on the go.. but I've done really well! I'll stick to one room and stay in that room til it's done.. so it doesn't matter if i skip back and forth! :giggle2:

I'm nesting so much...I'm trying to come up with something I need to organize!! LOL My home has never been so clean.

All I have to do is cook some meals to freeze and i'm ready. I have everything, including my cloth diapers. BG and FB's. They are all washed and reading for poo..LOL All her clothing is washed...All I have to do is deliver her. :thumbsup:

:) I want to clean. SOOOOO bad. But, exhaustion has just set in BIG time here. It's like; I'll get up, get a shower, feel pretty good and ready to zip around right after that, and then my energy level just zooms downhill rapidly. And, there's nothing I can do about it, which makes me sad. I want to clean. I NEED to clean. The laundry's piled up, the ants are overtaking our house :( , everything needs dusted, my computer area desperately needs cleaned, windows need Windexed, fans need cleaned, drapes need taken down and washed. Plus, I have to take my littlest one school shopping tonight when DH gets home, and I can't continue washing laundry until I have more detergent. UGH. At least the baby's crib is ready, and I got all her clothes washed and put away last week. The car seat's in the car, with diaper bag, ready to go at any time-just in case. We still need a Pack n' Play before she gets here, and a few other things as well.

I just need more energy...but don't we all ;)

Mine comes and goes in spurts. Like yesterday, I was on my hands and knees scrubbing the kitchen floor. Today, I am doing laundry like a mad woman, but in between I am resting. I think nesting is just going to pass by me this time, because DH has been so busy working I'm not getting a break from the kids much. I am tired from having them all weekend.

I'm not nesting and I wish I was. I have so much cleaning to do and I just don't feel like doing it.

I have my spurts! My house simply does not have a spotless mode, it's always lived-in even at its cleanest, but each domain has received considerable attention over the last few weeks. Kitchen floor definitely needs a scrubbing tho... hrmm...
