has anyone shopped in Hamilton on Ottawa street for diaper making material, bamboo fabric? thanks wondering if it would be worth the trip

I've bought lots of fabric on Ottawa St but never for diapers. I was wondering the same thing though since I have a custom slot coming up. I'm assuming some of the stores have some stuff, but don't know for sure. Heck, I can't even remember the names of the stores I like there, I just know where they are. :giggle:

I haven't had a chance to get to Ottawa St yet - lugging 3 kids in a triple stroller is NOT fun.
I'm hoping to get there before the spring!

I have looked, but not a ton. Last time I was there the Fabric Land had a sale on and most of the flannel was $2.50 a meter or something like that, it was a crazy good deal. The towel store there has some bamboo/terry towels for a reasonable price that I was thinking of using as inserts, but I never did pick any up, cause I didn't know how they would work in dipes. I really do want to go have a better look one of these days...

Just an FYI - Fabricland has all flannel on sale right now for 50% off. The sale is listed until November 30 but when I asked, a lady told me it's extended to Christmas.
There's also great deals on Cotton knits and woven!

Good to know! I'm in Burlington, but could definitely use some fabric!
