My DD was a super chunker when she was little. She's just turned two and she is really starting to thin out, she's still got some of that baby chub left, but not much compared to how she was. She was so super squishy back then!

She doesn't seem that chunky at all....
I wish I had a pic of my friend's DD as a baby. She was SO chunky :giggle: and is a tiny little stick of a girl at 7.
My DD is fairly skinny, I think. Especially considering her weight... she's just really tall. :giggle2:

I just went through some pictures, and she seems to look "chunkier" in the face with this headband on... it almost doesn't look like her!

this is my ODS when he was 6 months (it's a picture of a picture so it's bad quality lol). I know he doesnt look THAT chunky but he had pyloric stenosis and got super skinny and sickly before his surgery, and then gained weight like crazy lol

:hugs: I had Pyloric Stenosis and had the surgery for it as well, still have the scar 24yrs later too. I was 4weeks old and the doctors kept telling my mom it was just reflux and gas so they almost let me die. My mom finally got a second opinion from a better Ped. I was 9lbs when I was born and by the time they got it figured out and got me to Kosair I only weighed 6lbs. They told my parents that I was only the 4 case or it in a female that they had ever seen.

Ugh mama dont get me started on the idiot doctors and my poor baby lol. He started getting sick at about 2 1/2 weeks...he was SEVEN weeks when they finally did the test then the surgery! That was after a trip to the ER, daily weigh ins, being admitted to the hospital, AND them calling CPS on us because we were "starving" him to death. If they had waited even one more week I believe he would have died...very scary thought!

All breastmilk. She was a year old before she had more than the occasional bite of banana.
Yes, she does put my chunker to shame. All I can think of is how heavy she must have been to carry around, but she certainly looks smooch-able!

I did ok with her in a maya wrap, but she was quite the arm load! Very smoochable though, yes. Your chunky one is certainly a contender, and quite adorable!

NO way!! All from breastmilk. Whoaaaa mama, you have some very rich powerful breastmilk! Your baby is so adorable. She was then and is now! What a cutie. All of you have such cute children.
