Trevor Providence was born bright and early on Saturday August 2nd. He weighed 4 lbs 15.4 oz and 18 3/4 inches long. It was a very easy and scary fast delivery. We went to my 10 year reunion and got home about midnight with our youngest (Ty). The older 2 stayed the night with my parents. About 4:30 I woke DH up saying that we need to head to the hospital. We got there about 5:30 am with Ty in tow. The triage nurse thought for sure that the dr would try to stop my labor so she was taking her sweet time getting all the paper work in. My dr told her to let me labor however I wanted and that he wouldn't stop my labor (I was 34 weeks and 3 days). She checked me i was 5-6 cm and bulging bag. I called my mom to let her know what was going on at 6am. We walked over to L&D. I was 8 cm and dr broke my water but I think I had been leaking because not much at all came out. Ty was in the room with us and very intrested in everything that was going on. I was ready to push with in 15 minutes and had him at Trevor at 7:13 am. It was a very easy delivery and so far good recovery. Ty was a great little trooper and was so excited to see his little brother. He talked to him right away and actually wanted to touch him.
Trevor stayed 10 days in the Special Care nursery because he was having feeding issues but other than that he had no probelms

Trevor stayed 10 days in the Special Care nursery because he was having feeding issues but other than that he had no probelms
