I noticed today that I didn't really feel that nauseous. And my boobs are not sore at all anymore. Could this be a bad sign?? Do symptoms come and go? My boobs hurt all the way through my last pregnancy. I'm just getting nervous... :confusedsys:

In my last pregnancy, my symptoms came and went throughout the 1st trimester, so I think that is totally normal. Then I felt fabulous through the 2nd trimester and into the 3rd. I'm sure everything is fine :)

Mine have come and gone throughout the last 4-5 weeks..

It does make me nervous sometimes, but until I know I have something to worry about I try and just appreciate the break.

Glad to know I'm not the only one :)

Isn't it so funny how annoying early pregnancy symptoms are and how you want them to go away, but when you don't have them, you freak? :giggle2:

Symptoms can totally come and go. I was feeling a little worried earlier because my boobs weren't feeling all that sore, but they're killing me now. I just keep telling myself that progesterone can fluctuate throughout the day and that's what causes the sore boobs to begin with.

Oh yeah..I was soo panicking the other day cause I didn't feel sick for a day or two..but I've felt pretty darn sick off and on since, so I'm not too worried about it.

I don't like feeling sick..but like you said it somewhat brings a sense of relief that hormones are still strong. However, I didn't have any "typical" pregnancy symptoms with my daughter outside of being tired and she was my easiest pregnancy...

I just wanted to update this a bit. My morning sickness & sore boobies are back and worse than ever! I sure wish I took more time to enjoy the break, rather than stress over it!
