I've never had anyone do this, but someone bought something the day before yesterday and I shipped yesterday now today they reversed the payment??
What do I do?? Also I have the receipt but my lovely husband didn't get DC like I tell him to EVERY time :banghead: .

im not sure i think you may be out of luck, ive never dealt with a reversal or chargeback, but i think that means they put it was unauthroized or something.
was it a mama here? if so id be pming her and calling paypal, and negative feedback for such a thing!

unfortunately without DC you will loose with paypal :( I ALWAYS get DC no matter what.

Did you contact the mama to see what's going on?? I've had pp to pull a payment & say they were "investigating" the purchase, just cause the mama's "shopping habits" had changed. I contacted her asap, and when she called pp, they immediately put the funds back in my account.
I'd pm or email the mama, and she if she's aware of it. If she is, I'd find out what the prob was!

I wouldn't think that was possible. That's pretty disturbing to know. I hope it's just that PP stopped it b/c of some reason and she can get it put back through.

From what I understand there is nothing you can do except contact the buyer. Paypal has nothing to do with it. The bank is who takes the money back.

also it would be helpful to get a scale and start printing your shipping labels at home...DC is automatic when using paypal to print the shipping labels and is only 18 cents where at the post office i belive it's 70 or 80 cents. quite a savings for someone who ships many packages!!!
