OK let me first say i know every kid pottytrains(learns) at thier own pace, and for this I havent ever pushed my DS into it. He started showing intrest so we got him a potty chair and things progressed from there, even to the point as to where we went out as a family for about 6-8 hours and he never had an accident. well recently he has given it all up, and has regressed back to going all the time in his diapers and taking his dirty diaper off, and sometimes playing in it, smearing it everywhere :yuck: :banghead: now I know that my son DOES have a diagnosis of autism and I should be happy he even attempted this early and I also know regression is a BIG thing with autistic kids, and I am trying to be patient, I just cannot help but feel so frustrated with it.. I am just recently getting over my Morning sickness and cleaning up smeared poop off the carpets, beds, sheets, ect. isnt helping any ...
