I'm looking for a mama with a newborn (or multiples) that are under 6 lbs. I have a teeny cover I'd like to gift someone ...it turned out smaller than the usual newborn size I make (6-15lb range), so I want to give it to someone who can hopefully use it on a smaller baby. A mama of a 6.5 lber tried it on and felt it was too small. So it needs to be a baby smaller than that. It's on the girly side too, so be aware. I certainly don't mind giving it to a baby boy, but be advised that it is somewhat girly (peach).
Additionally, I'm interested in sending out some free newborn diapers and covers to little ones who I think are too small for them. The reason I want to do this is so mama can tell me at what weight their little one DOES grow into them. I want to get a better idea of the small end of the size range on these. My estimated range is 6-15 lbs, but most of my testers were larger than 6 lbs. So I need some more feedback. These are fitted diapers, and the covers can be wool, fleece, or PUL.
Anyone here with tiny newborns?

Maybe not small enough? My Juliette is 6lbs 4oz and is 7 weeks old.

Me me me......well I have a boy but wasn't expecting such a small baby so I only have 2 diaps that fit him right now (my other ds's were around 9 pounds when born so I ordered a lot of small and very few nb's) therefore I wouldn't mind the girly colors as long as it fits his tiny booty !!
DS #4 was born January 15th at 6 pounds 2 oz and was 5 pounds 10 oz when I left the hospital. I had to run out and buy some preemie pj's to because nothing I had fit. He's not putting on wait quickly either.
I would be glad to be a tester for your diaps.

Congratulations mama! I have sent fitted diapers to a couple mamas, but I still have the cover because I think it is a little small for their babies. Your son is a bit tinier, so it might fit him. If you wouldn't mind putting it on him. It's a little girly (peach with yellow trim). So let me know if you want it. Regardless, I'd be happy to send you a fitted if you're willing to let me know at what weight it fits them. I'm trying to nail down the small end of the weight range on this design. Pictures would be awesome, too, if you are able to do that. PM me your address, please.
