I'll Start, First from last night's thread welcome mms1972! for the shorts, keep in mine they only thing different about them really is the rise is longer and the length is longer, my DS wears m/l pants for hte inseam, but the med shorts still fit him PERFECTLY w/ a generous amount of inseam, so i think unless you want a capri look or your child has a REALLY long rise.. med shorts will fit most babies
my introduction, i am miranda, 24, sahm to faelynn (3) and evan (13 mos) and wife to Jason (34). hmm faelynn is pl'ed she just has been dry at night for about two weeks now!! she was wearing the magic diaper at night for some time w/ great results!!
our stash is about half s'bish, the other half pb&e and gmds... and all but 3 pieces of interlock are s'bish (2 luxe soakers and 1 pair of pb&e play all day longies..oh wait i guess we have one pair of wcw too) but i would love all s'bish! i currently have given up on fsot and am just using what i have right now...
anyway! share as much or as little as you'd like about yourself!

I'm Michelle wife to Mike and WAHM to 5 (yep 5!) my oldest is 16 (DD) then i have 3 boys ages 14,11,9 --and my 5th Lila is 14 months- she is my first to CD! i WISH i would have know more about them before! but there is a big gap in ages-- so i dunno if there really was a cding group 9 years ago! i have a varied stash mostly BSRB and GM's for fitteds- then lots of prefolds(just found the love!) and the FB's and some other pockets and AIO's- the only wool i really Love is sbish!!! they just fit my DD great! i'm planning on using mostly sbish soakers and dresses and sbish shorts and tops for the summer---i'm so ready for summer!!!

Hello! I'm Teresa, 27. My 2 babies Cars (4) and Boo (18 months). I am married to Chris. We live in the Da'burgh, PA
I have all sbish hemp fitteds and some obf fitteds mainly for naps and nighttime.
I love to have more sbish wool that is for sure!
And all unipfs, too. I am selling my pockets as I don't use them and over the weekend Boo was at my parents' house, she got a rash from wearing them. :( So only natural fibers from now on!

I especially love them for the time period after 2nd nap and before bed. We go coverless. I would love to find more on FSOT but I can't have another addiction. Teresa - I actually was commenting on what you said and then it got deleted. I was just going to say that the trimmer fit is probably why more of the new SBish is on FSOT. I wish I would've waited to buy. I bought my used graphite pants for $70 back in October.
Ok, I know this is a pretty vague question but someone was asking me how $40 for a soaker is justifiable. I don't have one but I know they are popular. So what do you like about your Sbish soaker?

Hello all...
My name is Jaclyn. I have a DS (3yrs), DD (16months), and DH.
I am sorta an Sbish user. I have 1 cover (older style) and have had the OCF, but we are in between the medium and the large.
I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the hips were on the Med karate pants. I think we would need M...but I have heard they are trimmer, so do I need to size up to M/L. My DD gets a size 22" hips on her knit longies and 12" thigh.
Thanks for your help!

Hi Jaclyn
That is exactly how I am with sizing. I have an older Med now but if they are trimmer, I don't think a Med would work because these are already snug. However a M/L would probably be too long.

As I understand it, M & M/L are the same except in the rise and length-no difference in waist or hips- Per measurements on the site.
IME, yes they are not as stretchy as the older 95/5, but they are not meant to be MC Hammer pants:giggle2: They are meant to be a little snug to hold diapers and it's contents in:giggle:

Hi! I'm Janis (22). I am engaged to Alex, (24) and we have a daughter, Avril (8 months) and a dog, Belle (2 years). We currently live near Houston, TX and are soooo in love with Sbish flats! I honestly can't get enough and wish the larges would come up more on FSOT lol! We haven't tried the Sbish soakers yet...we just don't have the $, but I have been trying out some wool to see if I like it. Thank you soooo much for starting this group!

Medium pants-20"
And my wool also smells like plastic-not unwashed wool, but more like the lycra.
Megan-The medium pants fit Kaden perfectly in width and length.
Thank you for validating that my sniffer isn't broken! I love love love ALL of my SBish, but they have never had this odor brand new:headscratch:
I guess we will throw them in the wash one more time:thumbsup:

Hi,
My name is Amanda and I have 2 three year old boys and another boy due mid-march. :) I am a very recent cloth convert and I have two large hemp fitteds for night-time for my three year olds -- I love how soft and absorbant they are. I'm also working on my new baby stash and have some sbish flats and hoping to get some nb and small fitteds and soakers.

wow i got to seattle for the day and poof look at all the posts i missed!!!
lol anyway, for the pants.. go by the inseam, they have so stretch! evan wears a m/l and his inseam is about 9-9.5 but the m/ls fit him like a dream! and unless he totally shoots up they should fit next winter too.. the soakers, are simply amazing! bullet proof, trim..at first i didn't like the higher rise.. but now i loove it! they go over night diapers so well but still look good under pants.. anyway i prob woudn't have spent the $$ on one at first either but i was gifted one.. kinda.. eirn loved my picture of faelynn "flying" so she gave it to me as a thank you! and then my second one hehe i accidently bought? lol i entered a lotto and then won! that rarely happens! so i *had* to buy it.. anyway..i would say there is room to size up in soakers though.. evan is wearing a large and it has much room to grow.. but fits him great...
anyway welcome everyone!! yay for a new group!!!

Well, it's not Tuesday, but I still have the Sbish love!
I'm Allison, WOHM to twin 7 month old boys. I found the SBish and BSRB love when I started to CD about a month ago and found the one of my twins can only have natural fibers next to his skin. Everything else seemed to break him out or give him a red bottom. We also have some OBV, but they just aren't as loved as Sbish or BSRB. I'm still building my stash; I'm about halfway there.
I'm dying to try some Sbish wool, but I haven't yet.

Yes, It's Wednesday...But I wanted to introduce myself. Hi, I am Ashley, I have a almost 16 month old named AJ:goodvibes:
I have been obsessed with knit wool for a while...But I am finding the interlock  I just received our first pair of SBish Teal Karate pants the other day and am waiting on some more. I also have a magic diaper on order with the recent co-op. I am  this will solve our night time dilemma.
Anyway, I am excited to see this new thread:mrgreen:

didnt see a new thread started for today so adding onto the old thread...
after reading through this thread yesterday..(i have no will power.) i ordered my first wool sbish pants this morning after i found out my tax return was deposited in my acct already ;X does anyone know how long it normally takes to receive an order? im too impatient.
i know the wool doesnt come lanolized and i have no lanolin oil right now but do have some ENI woolie wash. is there enough lanolin in the wash to lanolize the pants for the first time?
and to introduce myself..i'm tana, mama to DS1 who's 20mos and DS2 who's almost 4wks old. looking forward to getting to know everyone ;)
