Anyone ever hear of this or have an LO with it? I got home from taking ds1 and ds2 to school yesterday and sat down to nurse dd. I noticed her thumb was bent in on the top knuckle and would not straighten out. I could not move the knuckle to straighten it but I could flex it over. The base of her thumb felt kind of weird and bumpy too so I took her to the hospital thinking her thumb was broken. They said she has trigger thumb and referred us to the orthopedist (we already have one for another issue she has) and we see him in two weeks. Does anyone have an LO with trigger thumb? Did you decide to have surgery or not? Anything you can tell me would be great! Thanks.
