Does anyone know if this will work? DD is 2 and in a bed, but still wakes up in the middle of the night, and needs to be gotten when she wakes in the morning and from her nap. DS is 2 months and ready to move out of his bouncy in the living room either to the cosleeper or the crib for naps. I have a Fisher Price 900mhz monitor that we've been happy with, and was planning to just buy another one, but am worried they will interfere with one another and have feedback or static. Anyone know for sure if this will or won't work? I don't really want to spend the $ on a double monitor. Thanks!

Most of them will, yes.

The Safety 1st Hi-definition monitors, however, will NOT interfere with each other.

The Graco 2-in-1 monitor sucks, don't even bother with that one.

If you're worried about that, get one that's not 900mHz. If they're working on different hertz values, they can't interfere with one another.

Another thing is getting one that has options of multiple channels. That way if you find that it's interfering with the one you have, switch it to another channel.

We have a Sony Babycall and some old Graco monitor that don't interfere with each other. But they also have several channels, so we can adjust them if we have problems.

We had two going at once for awhile and no interference.

we have a video and just sound for one room, since the sound is horrible on our video, and they work fine together and we're adding one for the baby (video) soon

Sure you can. We had two plugged in for a long time. One in my DD(23mths at the time) room and one in our then newborn sons room. We never had any issues with them.
