IDK what's going on with my body. I haven't gotten any red blood yet, I had some spotting in my undies (more than I've had since Sunday) and I put my Diva cup in and a few hours later there's nothing in it.
The doctor said there was absolutely nothing in my uterus. I couldn't see anything either.
If this is ectopic how long would it take to see red blood? To be able to see it on an US? The doctor said they normally don't see it until 7 weeks but she's not a native English speaker so IDK if she meant until bleeding/bad signs or until they can see it on an US...
Please, anyone who's had an ectopic pregnancy let me know what I can expect.
I haven't gotten my first set of beta #s back yet. I'm waiting on them, the repeat and any sort of red blood to start. The spotting seems on and off and I just want it to be over with.

Laurel, I'm so sorry...I know the wait must be so hard!!! Not to give false hope, but have you checked out misdiagnosedmiscarriage.com? I"m still holding out hope...how advanced is their u/s equipment?
If it is indeed an ectopic, it's very good to catch it early. Keep us posted :hugs: :pray:

The stuff looked new, I didn't notice if it was really new or not.
IDK I was told by the OB nurse on post (they have one but they don't do ANY OB care at all, they don't even HAVE an US machine) that the Germans are "US happy" and like to do them. We were directed to the Gynecology ER? IDK I *think* that's what it was, maybe both OB ER and regular OB/GYN clinic?
I guess it depends upon my numbers, she said that there was nothing and it looked like nothing in there, she said my two options were a very early MC (but where's AF and where is this old blood coming from?) or an ectopic hiding somewhere.

I haven't followed your story, so give me a timeline here. When did you test +? How far along are you? You can't see anything on u/s until the beta numbers are at least 1000. If you're too early, you won't see anything at all b/c it's way too tiny. This is taken from Americanpregnancy.org:

Because levels can differentiate so much and conception dating can be wrong, a diagnosis should not be made by ultrasound findings until the hCG level has reached at least 2,000.
So, it depends on how far along you are as to whether you should see anything at all or not. The spotting sounds like it stopped and it was probably just implant spotting. I wouldn't count this pregnancy out, not assume it's ectopic at all yet.

I tested faintly positive on the 14th. Spotting was darker on the 15th, and it looked to me like the IB I got with D but I didn't have multiple days of it. I got a TINY bit of red streaking in some leftovers when DH and I DTD on the 13th and I don't bleed when we have sex normally (unless we're being particularly rough) so I thought something might be up. Later that day I got a bit of very light brown cm, but not enough to even spot, just a drop in my diva cup. The 14th I had a very very minimal amount of spotting, light brown, hardly enough in the cup to pour out.
The 15th we were out in Koln all day, and I was wearing D and I was on my feet all day. I was also not drinking enough and it was a stressful day. I FELT pregnant but I had some darker spotting, and it was just a tad more than the other days. When I got home and rested I felt better, much better, my cramping went away completely for the day.
Yesterday I had just a little brown spotting, overnight it was a drop or two in the cup, and it barely was enough to be on my underwear. I was supposed to go to the ER then, but I ended up sleeping from 4pm(ish) until 6:30am this morning instead. After the trans vaginal US I had a little more spotting, some in my panties, but when I put the diva cup in for a few hours there was nothing on the bottom, just a little light brown on the sides of the cup.
I know I didn't get a good BFP w/DS until almost 6 weeks, I'd been testing earlier and gave up, and then when I finally tested again it was 5w+4.
The doctor said that there should be a small sack or something. But there was nothing.
I hadn't gotten a chance to go in for bloodwork because the BFP was Saturday and then the doctors offices on post were closed on Monday.
I had not been temping this cycle, but I did anyway last week, my temps were all around 98. This morning it was 98.4... I thought it would be plummeting but it hasn't and that confused me.
Whenever I put my cup it it's barely got a few drops in it, if that. My cervix feel soft and medium, used to feel kinda open but I think it's mostly closed now.

I think you're still good and pregnant honestly. You've only just barely missed your period, right? You're way too early to see anything on u/s, so the doctor is way wrong about that. Your betas are probably only a few hundred at most right now, and nothing would be seen until at least week or later. Most don't see anything until about 5 weeks or more, and the heartbeat, not until 6weeks +. Can you take another hpt? That might give you more of a clue. If the line is nice and dark, then you'll know your betas are going up and just relax. :hugs:

i agree wiht katina...i would take a test and see if it's darker, wait for your betas...if they are above 1-2 thousand, get another ultrasound and find out what's going on. Not trying to give you false hope if this is ectopic, but i always was told they can't see anything right away. Hugs laurel

When I tested last time I didn't see anything, maybe a faint line.
It certainly was not darker than the last one.
FF has my cycle length at 28 days on average, including my MC cycle and the really short ones w/short LPs. My LPs after the MC (that cycle and the next one) were 13 days, and I wasn't charting this cycle but I had HSO cervix on CD 13 and 14 (I think) which would make me around 17-18 dpo.

She just said it was negative, so I'm assuming it's less than 5 at this point. IDK what the German standards are for a negative/positive pregnancy test.
I'm spotting, brownish red, more red when I check my cp, but since I use my diva cup I can know exactly how much it is, and it's not like any AF I've had before.
