OH OH OH ... we do this! Well, modified. I put about 15 meals in the freezer once a month. Look for me @ your group. :)

How expensive is it to start doing this? I want to get a club card and stock up and do it but we dont have the cash right now.

Sorry it has taken me so long to respond to your post. I haven't been to diaperswappers in a while. I have only made about 5 or 6 meals ahead at once and I have not found it to be too expensife. We have saved money and most people say that they do. One thing you can do instead of planning ahead that far is making two or three batches of the same meal a couple times during the week. Then after a few days you have some extra meals made ahead that you can use later when you are busy.
