I drove past the Salt Lake one yesterday, they had cops and LOT FULL signs and it just looked like there is *never* going to be enough parking.... I know a few people who parked at the NEX and walked over to shop..... guess they didn't buy too much!

I miss Target too, but I still think I am going to wait until later this week to go. Definately not going to go on a weekend for a long while yet. I might go down to the one in Kapolei first since I want to go to the Petco too.

I finally made it yesterday. Didnt really buy anything because of the 30% markup on everything. I rather just order online when they have free shipping. But it was definitely fun to walk around a new store!

The baby section is sparce, I registered last week and I had to "guess" 1/2 the time what the empty shelf label meant LOL!

It isn't nearly as busy now, except weekends. And ditto about it being cheaper for some stuff online!! (like my Boppy LOL!)

I LOVE Target and I am so glad that we finally have one (two actually!) Yes, it's a bit more expensive than the mainland stores and they don't carry EVERYTHING that those stores do but I was pleased :) I agree that they have been out of stock pretty much since they opened but the employees are always hard at work restocking so at least they are trying! :) I LOVE that the Salt Lake one has a Starbucks too, yum! Needless to say, it's dangerous for me to visit Target!

I think we might go tomorrow. We have to o our monthly shopping and I am hoping DH will let me go just to see what they *do* have. I need to get more of the circo "wash cloths", we are starting to use them for cloth wipes.

We went to the Kapiolei target yesterday, and just wanted to update what they had in stock...
Full row of stocked baby food items. completely out of strollers. had some stock of clothes. Out of almost all medela and breastfeeding supplies. they did have california baby sunsreen!! hmmm, a few baby legs left, mostly girly ones. That's about all I can remember. Prices, eh ok. I wasn't impressed. But it was sure fun to shop at target...could have spent all day there :goodvibes:

HMDocsldy...have you tried just buying a big piece of fleece and cutting into pieces? I have not tried it yet but I hear it works great and really economical. Its what I am going to try when we are finally out of the costco ones (which are great as far as sposies go).
