Has anyone been to Baby Belly and Beyond in Eagle River? Their website says they carry cloth diapers, but no indication of what kind. I need some more fitteds, but I don't want to venture in there if they don't have anything I want.
Any other stores in the Anchorage / MatSu area that carry cloth other than Sugar and Spice?

Hi mama! Belly & Beyond only carried Kushies last I was in. But that was last year. There is a resale shop in Wasilla called Tummies & Tots that takes cloth diapers. I don't generally see very many there. I think some girly AIO and maybe a few fitteds last time I was in. I've also seen recycled wool longies there!
I make dipes myself. I mainly do trades with them, but I sometimes sell on another board. I had to start making them for DD because none I bought ever fit her skinny self! But now I pretty much make whatever custom sizes in dipes and trainers people need.
Definately let us know if you find any other stores that carry CD!

I know this is an old thread, but in case anyone was wondering BB&B does have Kushies, BG 3.0's and Bumkins covers & AIO's. I stocked up a few months ago and then my DD potty trained out of nowhere!

I was in recently - they carry soem WAHM dipes, as well as those mentioned above. (and as soon as I can get some made up, my Mei Tai carriers too!)

there's a site called birchtreebaby.com I can't post links because I'm too new to DS...it's an online store based out of Anchorage and you can pick up your order in town instead of doing shipping.

I'm Karen, I live in Wasilla with my hubby and our daughter, who will be turning 6 in October. We'll be homeschooling for the first time this year and I'd love to find some playgroups in the valley for the kids to get some social interaction. My poor kiddo is starved for one on one time with kids.
On a side note for tallanvor, I have a really good friend that lives in Vegas, who is an absolute sweetheart. If you'd like, I could pass her info on to you, or visa versa. She knows where everything is, and has 3 boys (2 are older) and is just a super cool mama :)
