Any Montreal Mama's try the Omiaki diapers yet?
I've been coveting some of the pockets. Looking for reviews!

Ok mamas. No one else seems to have tried them so I thought I'd leave my review here now that I bought some. I bought three of the OS pockets. Here are my comments:
They are suuuuper narrow between the legs. My small hand has a hard time stuffing these pockets because at one point they are so narrow. I have to undo the snaps in order to stuff or I can't get the insert inside. I have also had leaks, which I think are due to the narrowness.
This is a size issue, rather than a diaper issue I think but I thought I'd mention it anyway. My DD seems to be between two snap sizes (rise). I like that there's an extra row of snaps compared to BGs but on the med setting it seems a bit small on DD and on the large setting I get leaks because of gaps at the inside of the thigh (where it is the most narrow).
The colors are great. Vibrant and lost of choices.
So far so good with the velcro and snaps. They don't seem to come undone too easily (i.e. when you don't want them to).
I'm hanging onto them in hopes that either DD will grow into them better or they'll fit the new baby. But they're just OK to me right now.

I use Omaiki Ö DODO for nighttime. It is a bamboo velour fitted diaper. It is super absorbant and very efficient with a superbrite cover or aristocrat wool cover.

I LOVE these diapers. I use the AIO and I am sold on them. If I could afford to stock my stash with them I would. They are my favorite go to diaper. My DD is always dry in them. They wash well and are very quick to air dry.

I also use the dodo fitted as a night time diaper. My DD wears it for 12hrs+ and no leaks. Beacuse of the way it is layered her skin is never against wetness. The only down fall is because they are so absorbant they take forever to dry.

How old/How big is your DD? I'm still really hoping these will work for the new baby - they've hardly been used! There's just not enough width between the legs for my toddler. And she's really skinny!

My DD is 7months and @20+lbs.....not skinny ;)

I have one Omaiki pocket but I have not used it yet (its too white). I will try it on her in the morning and see if it is different fit from the AIO's.

OK-- The pocket ones are a little bit more narrow between the legs but not by much (1/8"). I put the pocket one on her with no problems. Hopefully your DD will grow into them?? Let me know if I can help.

She doesn't wear too many diapers these days. SO it's not a huge deal if she doesn't. (Slowly working on Potty Learning.)

But I do plan to use them with the new baby - so hopefully they'll be a better fit on him!

Thanks for the info!
