4 CHEAP pail liners and wetbags and a Cloth Changing pad

I have 2 wetbags that my MIL made for me out of Waterproof material for when dd was in daycare. They easily hold 10 medium diapers, but can be rolled down to fit any amount really. I would like $6 each for them
