View Full Version : Got the go ahead from DH to TTC #2!

Hi, I'm new to this area of the site! I"ve been posting regularly in Off Topic, Parenting, and Car Seat, and lurking in some other sections :goodvibes:

For those who don't know me, I'm from Canada, I'm living with my boyfriend (who I am being VERY patient with, waiting for him to propose :giggle: ) and our DD who is 20 1/2 months old.

There has been a lot of discussion between us about when to start TTC #2, but I think I've got the go ahead now! :yay: If we get pregnant between now and February (lots of time), DD will be 2 1/2 - 3 years old when I give birth.

Soooo.... I took my last "real" pill of the package yesterday, waiting for AF to come in the next couple days, I will be starting to track on mymonthlycycles.com for this cycle, and we'll see what happens!

For the time being, I'll just be off of BC, but we won't be actively TTC like we were when we TTC our DD... just normal sex life as we have been having already (when we TTC our DD, we were like rabbits :blush: )

Soo... wish us luck, and if you have any suggestions or advice on how to navigate this section of DS, it would be appreciated. Never been in this section yet.

If you have used fertilityfriend.com what is the difference between mymonthly cycles? I am currently using Fertility Friend and I have never heard of the one you mentioned. I will need to check it out!

I'll have to check it out too!

But I don't do the whole temperature thing.. is there anything on FF besides that?

Is there a main thread for all the mamas to talk in, or do we just post individual threads here?

I see "addicted to the stick" but it's SOOO long to read :giggle:... is that where everyone is?

Yay for an on board DH! I just lurk here really... DH isn't ready and my cycles aren't back. Good luck to you!! :)

That's where everyone is! It is kind of long, I get a little lost but come join us! :)
