I am trying to pump to get an emergency supply and for the occasional night when I want to drink a glass or two of wine.
How do I pump but not increase my supply??? :headscratch: My supply is just about perfect now.
I was thinking of pumping after the morning feeding about twice a week?

I doubt one or two pumping sessions is going to do much to your supply! So just pump when you can:thumbsup:

I agree, one or two extras each day or every other day shouldn't increase dramatically. I started doing the same thing. I pump just a couple times a day and freeze it now. Just started Saturday and haven't noticed increases yet. Not trying to though either. Just want some spare so when I have my CT on the kidney I have it ready!

Occasional pumping won't increase your supply. Also, you can have a glass of wine and still nurse!

I used to have a hell of a tolerance, but now, even if I drink one glass of wine with a meal, I feel it!
I had a glass w/ supper a while ago and we had to break into a can of formula that I was going to donate that the formula companies sent to me as advertising! :yuck:
