Oh my gosh! after more then two years I got my period!!! Last time I had one was before I concieved Jac. Jac is 17mos. I only two periods after Reed was born, I was on Dep for a year though. I have been off Depo since October 2006. My absence of a period is due to my Graves Disease, which I was diagnosed with in January. My thyroid is not hyper anymore, I gained 20lbs this year in less then 6mos :( Now my period is back!
I'm not sure if I'm happy about that. I feel fine physcially, not even crampy.
This was totally unexpected!

BUMMER! Finn was 13 months old, still no period... then I got pregnant the first ovulatory cycle back -- still no period! NEENER NEENER NEENER! lol So other than post pardum bleeding (which lasted only about a week or so), I haven't seem AF since Sept. of 2007, and I won't be seeing an bleeding again until my next post pardum lochia in April 2010 and then probaby AF will return in May-ish of 2011!!! LOL

LOL it's really okay. I"m not jealous. Last period I had was in Nov 04 before I conceived my first, then again in May & June of 07 before I conceived my second son. So this my 3rd period in almost 5 years, holy crap! Gotta love pregnancy and nursing!
This is the only upside to Graves Disease.
Who knows how long this period will last. 5-7 days, 2wks, a month? This should be interesting!
Note to self: always keep pads and tampons on hand JIC! I've only got tampons and panty liners.
