What is new about them? I cd'd dd 4 years ago and loved them then, now everything I see says new style. Is the change good?
If I liked these are there other options I should consider? I don't have a stash yet, other than some wool covers I've made.

They changed them up a bit. The newer FB's have a different shaped tab and from what I've read they are sized bigger. A lot of people are having a hard time with the new sizing. My sister has a bunch of small FB's and they fit her 15 pound twins on the smallest setting still.
They also make one size FB's now too. Opinions seem split on these as well. If I were you I wouldn't invest in a bunch of them until you see how the fit works. There are tonnes of pocket diaper brands out there now.

I've read something about the new style having a 'hip snap'? not sure if that means a 3 snap on each side closure or just different bottom snap position but i've heard good things about them and them fitting better cause of it

I used both new and old styles and couldn't get a good fit with either. I don't recall there being any special snaps on the new style, just different shaped tabs, top stitching and different sizing.

I ended up selling all of them within a few weeks. We use knickernappies now.

I havn't bought any new style ones.. but I don't have a baby yet either so I'm not sure which ones work better. I would stick with the old school ones :)
