Ive just started pumping last night to save up some milk and am using ^ that pump. Sometimes it seems like it doesnt get a good enough suction when I have the petal massagers in- but if I dont have them in, its not as comfortable...
Any advice on using this particular pump?:goodvibes:

I used this pump and really liked it...you really have to get that seal for it to work good. Make sure the petal ring is tight around the horn....and then make sure your chest is right in there :giggle:

I use this and had a hard time at first but now no problem -although my friend gave me her medela so I'll switch. You really have to have it pushed tight on you and leaning downwards. Also, you definately don't need to push the handle down all the way, maybe halfway. Try it when you are really full even just for a few mins to get used to it. Usually I only get at most 3oz from both sides which is fine as I SAHM, just trying to store and now use some for rice. Once got almost 6oz when I had been out for the evening. I had read somewhere on kellysmom website thingy about boiling parts to make it more efficient, presuming they mean the suction rubber part in the middle.

Try rinsing the soft parts with water and then putting it back together slightly damp. This helps everything seal better.

I used to have issues with milk getting stuck between the hard plastic horn and the soft petals. I don't know why I could never get a good seal with it but when it would work it was wonderful. Mine was actually the electric but I used to use the manual adapter that came with it.
