--4 Bummis size med (30-40lbs) training pants. blue with jungle print. pull on and off like pull-ups. 2 have very faint staining. $9ppd each or $32ppd for all 4.

Do you think these would fit a skinny 28 pounder?

I know they were getting tight on my daughter when we got them and she was close to 40 lbs. She was still able to wear them for awhile though. So I think they are a tad on the smaller of size of what they suggest for weight. I think you would most likely be fine.
