Hello All,
I am new to DS and grateful for this community of cloth diapering mommas! Greetings to you all!
My husband just finished seminary and we just had our firstborn son, Greyson Theodore this past September (he's 6 weeks old). We have been looking for a position in the church since last December. It has been a long faith journey, to say the least!
We are planning on moving out of our apartment this coming Friday and into my parent's house until we hear back from a local church about a possible assistant pastor position. My DH has interviewed for this position and has been told he's in the "top four" of twenty-five candidates. We are excited to serve the church and really hope to stay here because of family and friends. Our plan has been to move to DH's parents out of state, but this opportunity came up last minute and we believe it may be a fit!
Please pray that we'd hear back from the church soon, that the position would be secured, and that we'd have a place to call home! It's rough not knowing where you'll be in a week. I am hopeful, prayerful, and ultimately I trust both God to provide for us.
Pray also for my DH. Not having work tries a man's heart. Pray for confidence and faith.
