The most absorbant doublers I've found are actually the Applecheeks bamboo inserts. They are a jersey cotton/bamboo blend,and hold pee better than anything else I've tried. I use them to double my MEOS at night and they work great.

I mama, I'm in maple Ridge and I can make microfiber inserts in 4-5 layers.
