proraps/bumpy better than bsww for nb?
i'm putting together a little sampler CD package as a gift for a friend, so she can see what's out there. as my covers i have a couple of bsww, one small and one newborn size. i also have a fleece cover from swaddlebees.

for those of you who have also tried proraps and imse vimse bumpy covers, are they significantly different / better than bsww, enough for me to buy them too? or should i just leave it at the 2 bsww to keep it simple?

i've been thinking about wool too but have decided not to do that, since it requires extra care and i'm not sure if she'd want to do that.

I love prowrap covers and own maybe 12. I have about 4 bswp covers and they are good but I get a better fit w/the prorap. My daughter is a heavy wetter and a huge pooper so the prowraps hold EVERYTHING in. They are nice and high in the back and snug(but not too snug) around the legs. I also like the durablility of them better.

My Bummis were a better fit when my DS was tiny. Once he got older, about 2 months, the ProWraps were better as they had more room around the legs. This was just my experience!

I have both prowraps and BSWW for my ds and even though the BSWW are cuter, my prowraps are much better at keeping the BF poo in - better leg gussets, especially as my 1-monther is just finally starting to get some meat on those skinny little chicken thighs!

I have tried all three and much prefer Imse Vimse covers. My dd had really chubby thighs and both bsww and proraps left awful red marks. The IMse Vimse didn't leave any marks.
