Chuck Steak & Cube Steak recipes?

Does anyone have any "tried and true" recipes for Chuck Steak and Cube Steak? They're two cuts I don't really care to prepare because I haven't found any great ways to do so.

We raise our own beef cows or else I wouldn't get these cuts. I've even gone as far as to give these cuts away to people that could use them, haha. B says next time he'll tell the butcher to try to make it all hamburger meat but we already get so much hamburger, and we already have these gets in our deep freezer from the last cow we butchered.

I've made this as listed and "healthified" versions as well. It actually got cube steak on our menu as we used to never eat it.

Marlboro Man's Sandwich by Pioneer Woman is....aMAZing. Like we can't get enough of it. If ever we're having guests or I need a meal for other people and can't decide what to make, DH is like MARLBORO MAN'S SANDWICH.

So funny that we both shared Pioneer Woman recipes. She singlehandedly resurrected the cube steak.

Yes, she's definitely a fan of it. I do like most things she cooks, too, but her show isn't that great. I love her books though!

I only partially caught a bit once and it didn't seem great.

I don't like her show, I don't know why. Something about her just rubs me the wrong way plus it's kind of drab. When I'm watching a cooking show for cooking specifically I like it straight and to the point. I definitely read more about cooking than I watch!

Just checked the Marlboro man sandwich recipe...(as I scheme my way out of the kitchen to my break free escape from cooking...) This seems to be one of the easiest recipes out there, the redo of club steak and the redo of sandwich!......The less time I spend in the kitchen, the better. It's been all consuming. Refocusing on simpler meals rather than clutter and collectibles of kitchen gadgetry that I have purchased in the hope of shortening my time in there! Will be trying this recipe for sure.

Sometimes back to basics is just way easier and surprisingly yum.
