I would love to be entered please. We enjoy pasta, sauce and some kind of meat. Normally we use left over meat from another meal, like when we have tacos for dinner and only have enough meat left for 2-3 tacos we add the sauce to the meat and heat up. Then add the pasta to it or serve separately for our picky eaters. We normally have a salad too and bread.

Would love a chance to win mama!
A meal that goes over really well here is our 1 dish Italian chicken dinner. We take a 10x13 pan in the middle put 4 chicken breasts, on the left side I put a can of drained green beans and on right side I put about 6-10 halved red potatoes. Sprinkle a package of dry Italian seasoning atop of the whole thing then take a stick of butter and cut into small pcs and spread thru out. Cover with foil and bake on 350 for one hour.....
I feed 3 adults and 3 kids (5,2,1) with this one pan and have some left overs :)

Would love to share these between myself and my friend who just had #4 this week!
Crock pot chicken tacos
2 chicken breasts
1 jar salsa
1 can corn
1 can each of pintos and black beans
packet of taco seasoning
lime juice (to taste)
Cook on low all day, shred the chicken and serve in your fave shell. SO GOOD!! And it really makes a ton!

I would like to be entered! My cheap and quick meal is barbeque pulled chicken. I throw 1-2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, 1 can of Coke, and a bottle of BBQ sauce in the slow cooker on low. I leave it while I am at work (so 8-9 hours). When I get home the chicken has basically fallen apart and so I just stir it to well until it is fully shredded. Then we eat it on buns or on baked potatoes. So good and so easy. (Use 2 lbs for less saucy, 1 lb for more saucy recipe)
