Knitters--Hookers--Spinners--Dyers--WIP 9/16/2010

I'm on the legs of my spooked longies, and made this yesterday!

I also played with my wheel, and anyone looking for one, I HIGHLY recommend the Fricke DT 160!

Hi everyone! I'm still working on DS' Sleuthing Hoodie. I love how it's knitting up in the bigger size. So glad I frogged it and started over!

I am finally making a little progress on my rhs after having to frog the begining 3 times :banghead: It was something so silly that I kept messing up on. Sometimes counting, watching tv and knitting do not go

Good Morning Everyone!!! I have been lurking but not really around a lot. Everyones WIP pics are gorgeous.

I loved the Shawl, The longies that were a semi solid chocolate I believe, and the bright pair with the big flower.

I'm still working on the Gaia Dress. It's coming along pretty well actually for being out for a few days with this tooth thing.

Can't wait for the weekend here, the weather has been in the low 80s and beautiful. :)

Oh thats awful! Your poor mom! I hope the 2nd test for your DD goes much better

I have to totally tune everything out around me to count. If its basic knitting I can do it but if it requires counting or there are alot of details in the pattern anything other than just knit or purl I have to concentrate. This might be why Im such a slow knitter.

Morning everyone

Ashley Im glad everything is ok and that baby is staying put!! :hugs: Sorry about leaving your knitting tho. :( Thats like my worst fear lol.

DH is taking off work at lunch time today :yay: He has to go get tags for our cars (late, oops, his bday was last week), and then he wants to go shopping with the girls for some fall/winter stuff and go to the park if the weather holds off :D He's going to Chicago for work Friday morning and coming home sat night so he wants to spend some time with the girls before he leaves

Ashley - I'm glad everything turned out all right. I was in labor & delivery last night for monitoring as well :whoop: Though I was too tired to knit, so I just laid there. I wasn't there anywhere near as long as you though. They discovered I was having contractions at my OB appointment in the afternoon (after my surprise u/s and contraction monitoring) and sent me to the hossy. The contrax slowed on their own, but they also told me that they weren't going to intervene if I did begin to go into labor. So from here on out, it's the baby's call....I thought they stopped it up until 37 weeks, but I was wrong. So now I just need to keep it real easy (as long as DH and DS allow me) and hope that he bakes for 2 more weeks.

how far along are you Kendall? I know the OBs around here if you go into labor after 36 weeks they dont stop it.

 Morning Ladies! Glad to hear all the babies are staying put!

I got a *little* knitting done yesterday and I also dyed a new colorway. I really love it! I'll have to get pics when it is dry and reskeined.
