Once weaned, how long til your milk dries up?

I mentioned in an earlier thread that dd self-weaned over the past few weeks. My question is... how long will I continue to produce milk? I was super engorged for the first few days. Now I'm still a little "lumpy" with milk inside. If I try to express anything with my hand, I just get a little clear liquid. Is this normal, and how long until my milk is gone? Awww, that question made me so sad.

I'm pretty sure my milk was dried up within 2 weeks. It was sad at first, but then things became normal again! :)

I done this as well, it too 2.5-3 weeks for mine to dry up....of course I had tons when I was nursing...way more than DD could eat so that could have been it.
