Help me clean up my eating
I'm seriously starting my fitness regime in the morning. But what I know is going to be a problem is my eating. I eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. But I LOVE butter. Not so big on milk, but I eat a decent amount of cheese, usually Parmesan off the block. Chicken and shrimp are out main proteins.

I love pasta and butter and cream....and bread. Oh crusty bread! (Great, now I'm drooling...) anyways, I know like 60% of losing weight and keeping it off is changing the way you eat, but I need help.

Like you, I eat mostly very clean, but I have my downfalls. I have been trying to lose a few pesky lbs lately and the app My Fitness Pal has been very helpful. I track calories in , calories out. I'm kind of "loose" with it so it's not all-consuming, but it really has given me that little bit of accountability that I need.

Don't buy it!! If I have something in the house (right now it's cookies!) I eat it. I am limiting myself and ate more than I wanted. (I'm preggo- but with this one I'm gaining more, even though eating healthier for the most part?!)
Anyways- I NEED to stay away from wheat as Im sensitive to it, so I know better. :/ I will not be buying wheat products after the holidays, and already do not buy bread unless I do the once every other month trip to TJ's because they carry the only safe one for my food allergic kiddo.
When I have a craving I up my water intake, or try fresh fruit. When I dot eat the carbs, the cravings are much less. They are an addiction, just like sugar, so I've learned. Good luck!

this! 5-6 small (think 250-330 cal) high protein meals is key :) low carb/ healthy carb is best!
