LG fl, amonia stink, wash help!

I just stripped everything with rlr and its worse than ever :( any ideas? I usually do:

Cotton cycle: rinse and spin only, water plus
Cotton cycle: hot wash, water plus (liquid detergent line 2, half cap calgon)
Cotton cycle: rinse and spin, water plus

Ammonia smell doesn't mean that the diapers need to be stripped, it means they aren't coming clean in your wash routine. Things like rlr will strip the detergent residue or mineral deposits, but won't actually clean them. What kind of detergent are you using? It sounds like you may need to switch. To get rid of it short term, add a half a cup of bleach to your wash. But since you don't want to do that all the time, I would look into a new detergent.

What detergent are you using? Water type? Add another rinse?

I'm currently using that up & up clean prestine liquid. It's by target. I have tide he liquid that I'm going to try this time. We have hard well water.
