Meals to Freeze for After Baby?

I was on bedrest when I was pregnant with DD, so I never had a chance to make and freeze any meals to have after bringing her home. Let's just say that we wasted a lot of money on takeout for the first few weeks. :banghead:

This time, I am determined to be prepared! We have a deep freezer, but it will probably be full thanks to the generosity of a DS mama who is pumping milk for our son (I have IGT), but I'm thinking about buying another small freezer for frozen meals.

So, anyone have any recipes or suggestions? Cooking-from-frozen instructions would be appreciated, because I totally suck in that department.

I plan to do a bunch of baking: loaves, cookies, muffins ect.
I want to make some lasagna, meatballs, precook and freeze hamburger/ ground turkey, possibly some sausages, so it is easy to defrost and throw together a meal. Shepard's pie, chili, soups, stews and maybe some quiche are also on my to do list.
I plan to just thaw things the night before in the fridge, then just reheat.
I think I might slice some meats for homemade pizza ahead and freeze also.
My other plan is to start portioning some of our leftovers into divided dishes to have as frozen TV dinners. for days and nights we are unmotivated to prep.
