"Daddy, I made a hole in the bathtub."

DD had bathtub crayons and was banging on the bathtub wall with them.

DD: "Daddy, I made a hole in the bathtub. It was just an accident."
DH, looking benignly at the blue mark: "You know that's not really a hole, don't you?"
DD: "Why isn't it really a hole?"

It WAS!
:banghead:

The crayon had worn down, and the plastic points that held it were hard enough and small enough to actually make a hole.

Any tips on how to fill it?

What is the wall made of? Maybe you could just do a small amount of caulk for now?

Lowes sells a tub hole sealant kit thing. I'm sure there's a more technical name for it, but I can't think of it right now lol. One of our dogs hated getting bathed so much that she tried to jump out of the tub, didn't quite make it, and put a few small holes in the bottom of the tub. The kit from Lowe's fixed it right up and it wasn't too expensive!

It's a standard bathtub, and this is the inner room-side tub wall, not the wall-side, if that makes sense, so there's nothing behind the hole.

I'll have to check at Lowe's. Thanks!
