Help with roast chicken
 
I'm roasting a chicken and, usally I get the skin too dark and, the chicken not cooked or the oppisate so my question is what temp do you roast your whole chicken on and do you cover it? Thanks Mama's!!!!

350 degrees and no I don't cover it. :)

I put mine in the crock pot and let it slow cook for 6-8 hours! It never gets too crispy on the outside and cooks all the way through super tender!

350 degrees here too. Try making some cuts in the chicken to help in cook through.

I cook mine on 350 as well. I coat it in olive oil and put some chicken broth in the botom of the pan. YUM!
