Okara recipe's anyone?
So I make our soymilk and am looking for recipes for Okara! (the soy fiber that's left over). I've found some online but can't find anyone who's actually cooked with it, and since I haven't gotten a chance to try them all yet I've ended up throwing it out - which I hate! :banghead:
I did add some to zucchini bread once, but that's all I've gotten a chance to try.
