Thirsties L Fab Fitteds and Thirsties Duo Comparable?

Are the Thirsties Duo fitteds comparable to the Large when fully unsnapped? Are they as wide in the rump and as much of a full coverage diaper still? Does anyone have one of each that they could lay side by side?
