Dinner rut

Seriously need new recipes here!

I have a picky husband and a picky son so dinner is hard for me. The girls and I will eat anything though. I swear if my son had it his way we would live on pizza and grilled cheese every night!

Would you share a favorite recipe please!

Here is a quick favorite here-
Quick beef stroganoff

1 lb hamburger
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
egg noodles

brown hamburger, drain grease add soup and sour cream. Serve over egg noodles, or just let your LOs eat the noodles. :)

I'm in the same boat. It's the same thing here all the time. Beef stew, steak and potatoes, chicken and rice, blah blah blah bland bland bland.

Like the recipe posted up above. I'd eat that. It looks great! Dh won't eat anything with sour cream or mushrooms. :banghead: Ds just doesn't eat anything (well, he eats food that is round. Don't ask). Dh is really picky, though. No sour cream. No mushrooms, condiments, cooked fruit, onions, or anything chunky, no tomatoes, nothing that looks like it has onions, mushrooms or chunks of things in it. No canned soups. No spice packets. Well, the spice packet thing is me, lol. He loves pizza, will tolerate most pasta dishes. Loves Mexican (but my Mexican SUCKS, even I don't like it, lol), and steak and mashed potatoes. NO FAKE POTATOES. No squash, zucchini, "weird" veggies, etc etc. Honestly, he's happy eating absolutely nothing but pizza and steak! But I get tired of it...

Cheesy eggs, hashbrowns, and apple slices
Chicken enchiladas - tortillas smeared with a good layer of cream cheese, filled with shredded chicken (chicken that has been boil in some broth and season all), a little jack cheese. rolled then covered in enchilada sauce (or in a pick salsa blended very well). Bake and enjoy
OH Roasted Red pepper pasta. Check the Pioneer Woman Cooks, she has a lot of amazing recipes that you could leave onions out of.
