How to use lemon juice for stains?

Okay I ordered some FB from a momma and they all had yellow streaks through them. After washing them it got worse and worse. She ended up talking to someone who sold new FB and she told her it was something she used to prevent stains. I do not know if anyone is familiar with what I am talking about. I dont even really know myself. Anyways she suggested for me to try using lemon juice to get it out. How do I do that exactly? Do I put it on before I wash them, or put it on there and set it in sun? Thanks

I had a problem with a couple of my FB's retaining stains. Someone suggested using a lemon juice/water solution on them and then sunning them. It worked like magic!

I just washed them as usual, and then put the lemon juice/water solution all over where the stain was. (About 3 parts water, 1 part lemon juice.) I put them in the sun and it took the stain right away!

Hope that helps!

I did that for some liners. I washed the liners then while they were still wet I wiped a cut lemon over them and sunned them 'til they were dry. It helped a lot!
