So this is when you start getting worried....?

When you have paid for an item almost a month ago and haven't recieved it and the seller is ignoring your pm's?

I am not freaking out yet since I am in Canada and I know stuff sometimes takes mysteriously long to arrive (I think my mail lady secretly hoards all my fluffymail and then delivers it all in one big pile:lostit: ). So when sellers communicate back I'm usually ok with waiting it out a little, but when you see them online but no response to your pm's make me just a little leery:( - so hopefully she has just missed them. I want to give her a chance to respond before filing with pp.

There is no reason for not replying to your pm's. Especially with this new board b/c you can see if she has read them or not. And if she has been on the board. You only have 45 days to file w/paypal. Keep that in mind. I know that shipping to Canada is tricky and I personally, dont like to do it for this reason. Hopefully she will respond. I think you should send her one more email and let her know you will give it one more week then you are filing with paypal. Does she have proof she sent it. I dont do DC# but I do get a receipt that shows the zipcode and city and state to where I sent it. I keep those to show that I paid for it to be shipped.

Did you do a receipt to see if she's read them? If she has read them and no response, that would immediately worry me. Yes, sometimes things take long to mail, but there's no reason at all for there to be no response to pms.

I'm in Canada too but haven't had any problems so far. I've gotten packages from as far as Florida and the average has been 2 weeks. I guess it depends how prompt the mama is at sending stuff out.
