Cloth safe barrier cream?

Whenever my boys teethe they have the most acidic poop. As soon as it touches their skin it leaves a rash. And that ray can quickly become bad enough to bleed. :( the only thing that helps even a little is a barrier cream. I usually use just coconut oil for traditional diaper rash, and that's ok with cloth, but the a&d barrier isn't cloth safe, is it? Is there one that is?

A&D isn't. Ive used grandma el's (available at babies r us), and CJs butter without any problems. When we've used aquaphor we did have some problems with that dipe.

I don't like to change what works so I cut up an old recieving blanket and used it as a liner so I could use desitin. It works really well!!

I've read about the grandma el's and cj's staining. Any experience?

I've been using GE for over 6 months and haven't had any issues. I use natural and synthetics.

i haven't seen stains from cjs we use it every night, i do have to sun my dipes often enough from ebf poops so maybe I missed it? it is on the slippery side, maybe like greasy stains?

I'm not sure, I've just seen a few dipes fsot on here and CL that mention stains from GE and CJ's. Anywhere online carry them? My brick and mortar options are limited here.
