Salsa canning time!
 

I have 10 lbs. of tomatoes from my garden with at least another 10 lbs. on the way. We also have some jalapenos coming in. I planted them with the intention of making and canning salsa. Anyone have any "cannable" salsa recipes that they love? I'm thinking I'll try at least two different ones. so excited!!!!

I don't have any recipes but I just wanted to say that's amazing you yielded 20lbs of tomatoes. Good for you!!!

I like the Mrs Wages mix with tomatoes. You can add peppers, corn, beans, and your own variations. I'm interested if anyone has a 'recipe' for the Mrs. Wages mix, or one with out. I like tastefully simple's black bean and corn salsa and would love to imitate that!
