I used a bad diaper cream... Stripping enough?

So DD has had a rash lately and I tried a stick of CJ's butter that someone sent me, but quickly realized that it was a scented version and while her original rash went away, her bum was RED because of the fragrance. So I had to stop using it and the old rash came back. I don't know what this rash is...I'm starting to suspect yeast.

ANYWAY... I'm stripping her diapers now because of the rash, but a few of my dipes are stained from the cream. Is there any way to get rid of this? Is it bad in diaper function, or just in looks?

TIA

What material is the diaper cream on? I had some BGs with suedecloth inner that no matter WHAT I did, I could never get the Desitin out of them. It was in such a small area, about the size of a baby carrot, that it did not affect function at all. I did take a big huge hit on resell of those, though.

On cotton prefolds, I scrubbed with Dawn on the spots that had rash cream residue and then washed on HOT water immediately, and it all came out.

Ugh. I really shouldn't have used it without liners. I was doing it just on prefolds at first, but then I used it on a couple fuzzibunz. I guess we'll see if stripping does the trick. At least I know that function won't be messed up.
