Is it ok -- low estrogen levels?
 

Is low estrogen levels ok for planing a baby I would like to stet this month or next month and I am scared to start of if my levels are crazy ( the reason I thunk I may have low estrogen is because of how my periods are very light, no sex drive... And I am so afraid that I could go through menopause at the age of 30 (right now I am only 28) but my memere had menopause at 30-

I have had a misscarage at 10 weeks before my last baby and while I was pregnant with my last one (Micah) I had low progesterone levels at 5 weeks had to do some suppositories for that

If you are worried, ask to have your levels tested. It's a simple blood test. If they are indeed off, they could be indicitive of a problem so you'll know what you are facing. But they also could be fine.

I am 33 and found out I have diminished ovarian reserve and will likely go through menopause sooner. My first sign was low progesterone. Further testing led to other things being off. But if you have a relative that went through menopause at 30, I would be getting checked out if you think things are looking similar for you. You wouldn't want to waste any time if in fact you are in the same situation. That said, you really don't know without getting tested - so don't worry that the same will happen to you until you know for sure if it will or not.

Thanks cindy I go next month to see my ob and I am suppose to start my period at the end of this month if it's been like the last two I'll talk to her about my levels. I also started back on my multivitamin see if that helps with anything
