Good book on babyfood/introducing solids?
The title says it all...I am looking for a good book on babyfood starting at the very beginning. Does anyone have any recommendations for me?:confusedsys:

Mommy Made...and Daddy, too! and Baby Bites
Also, my constant recommendation to friends is to check out WholesomeBabyFood.com - it is a whole site just dedicated to starting solids. There is a lot on there about making your own babyfood, but they have a lot of information to help you get started either way. :) |

I like this book:
http://www.amazon.com/First-Meals-Re...6441452&sr=8-1 It goes from purees all the way to preschoolers so that you can keep out of the dreaded grilled cheese/pbj/mac and cheese/chicken nugget, rinse/repeat rut (nothing wrong with those food items, but gives you tons more choices to use along with them). It even has daily/weekly menus that you can use if you choose and recipes that the entire family would eat. |

Anything by Ellyn Satter (a great dietitian and child feeding expert):
