I made carrot cake for my DD's 1st. lots of carrot cake recipes are dairy free! and yummy!

We make strawberry shortcake here every year....made with the recipe on the back of a bisquick box. Not sure if that uses milk...don't remember! But you could always use Angel Food cake! Or even pound cake!

Yum! Now I want some pound cake with strawberries! Good thing DD's birthday is 2 weeks away!:mrgreen:
