Holy cow!
Why the heck do I feel like everything is going to fall the freak out?? I do kegels all.the.time and have no leaking problems so I "thought" my pelvic floor was strong but I guess not :(.

That is the one part of my body that i am 100% positive about lol. i do kegeles almost everymorning when i pee and have since i was 17 years old (i am 24 now). but i did feel like i had a gaping hole after DD was born it took a while till it felt normal again

I think this everytime I puke and then have to go change my pants. WTHeck, how does that happen? If I was 8-9 months pregnant I'd be worried that my water just broke! :giggle:

I feel you. I didn't have that with DS and I have been doing Kegels daily for over ten years now. (I had bad anxiety about childbirth to the point of never wanting kids so my mom told me to start Kegels and explained that it would help if i ever eventually had them - and it did because I pushed DS out in 10mins) and have no leakage issues, but I feel like my hoohah is going to fall off lately. Maybe it's all the strain from barfing.

like if I stand for to long I get this tremendous pressure like my whole uterus is just gonna fall out,lol. :blush:

I feel that way sometimes, too. I promised myself I was going to get in much, much better shape after #3. Hopefully I can hold to it.
