Rumparooz...love 'em or hate 'em?
 

I received an aplix Rumparooz diaper from a friend a few weeks back and thought that I was going to really like it. Then, a few days later, EcoBabyBuys.com had them available for super cheap. (before I really got to try it out good) So, I bought some (all snaps). My DS is 18 months, tall and on the thin side. I have them all the way on the largest setting and I wonder how long they will work on him. They also seem really bulky. He is a really heavy wetter so we have to have both inserts in but they are bulky even with just the one. They seem really well made but the pocket also seems awkward to me. Maybe I'm just so used to my BG 4.0? Just wondering what other folks experience is with them?

People seem to love or hate. We use them at night only and they've been great for that. My guy's 2 and 31 lbs and they still work. We've been on the last setting a while now.

I always had wicking with the ones I had and the rise seemed really short. Needless to say they had to go bye-bye.

We got rid of ours fast. At the time they were our only diapers that leaked out the legs constantly. I could tell they were repelling, but not even stripping helped. They left us.

Thighs are too tight on my chunkers

They work very well for us- but I'll agree they atelier a bit bulky and shirt in the rise. I wish they'd work on that because I love them otherwise!

I didn't love them. I wouldn't buy them again.

nope, I have one and got rid of all the others, we wouldnt buy them again

They've worked fine for us--no leaks or wicking, and my daughter is on the petite side (20lbs at 18 months) so fit isn't an issue. They are bulkier than I care for, but really that's been my only complaint so far.

Too bulky and I don't really care about trimness they are THAT bulky. I like how stretchy their tabs are though and their aplix is good.
